Unhappy with product

Just bought fuel flush several months ago at Home Depot. The commode stopped up Saturday night and finally got plumber yesterday (Tuesday) and had to open septic tank and used their tool and a big wad went to septic tank. This cost me 290.00. What is my best option to flush? Very disappointed to have this kind of plumbing bill no older than it is.

Purchased a Glacier Bay Medicine Cabinet Surface Mount Tri-View on 2/27. Installed it over the weekend and noticed the edge on the left side was chipped. Would like to have it replaced instead of removing it and returning to the store

toilet runs 2-3 times a day so I am thinking its the flushing section seal is bad, however nothing on line looks like what I have. Toilet is from the late Nineties. SKU number 100157**** UPC 732291****64 Is this part available as it looks nothing like the ones on line? If not is there a replacement part that would work? Thank You Ray Paolini

I haven’t received the part I ordered, still waiting to fix the leak in my bathtub faucet.

I went to Home Depot to get the part but it wasnt in stock. I called Glacier main number, and they sent me the new part, but it hasnt arrived yet. Its hard to fix something, when you dont have an immediate place to purchase what you need. It would be good to have some necessary parts in your Home Depot store. Thank you

Troubleshooting omission

Updated by user Jul 28, 2023

I always shop for what I think is the best.

Original review Jul 26, 2023
In June 2015 I purchased a GB toilet (M #N2428R) from Home Depot. After about 5 years it no longer flushed properly.

(In the meantime I compensated by pouring in a couple of gallons of water to complete the flush.) I checked the troubleshooting section of the Use and Care Guide to see what may be the problem. Only recently did I learn that this particular toilet has a siphon jet that injects water into the toilet from the bottom to aid in flushing. THE TROUBLESHOOTING GUIDE SAYS NOTHING ABOAUT THIS SIPHON JET. I had no idea where it was located and what its function was.

Once I located it I discovered that it was totally plugged up.

With great difficulty I was able to break through the "plug" and clean out the channel. Thereafter the toilet again flushed as originally.
Since the solution to the malfunctioning of this toilet was simple though troublesome, may I suggest that you modify your troubleshooting section of the Guide to include identifying this part of the toilet and what to do to prevent plugging, thereby insuring continued use of the toilet.
Sincerely, one frustrated (fill in the blank).

Hi, I recently ordered a shower kit online and it was missing one of the magnetic strips that go on the door. What can I do from to get this resolved? Thank you, Brandon Walker This was my e mail. They "decided" to ignore it. So they get an awful review and I urge everyone to stay away from glacier gay.

Bad product

Had a laundry basin put in and had to have it ripped back out to take back for a simple faulty water line. Now I'm taking back and I will buy the from a different company, I don't care if it takes me forever to find your competition because I'm buying there's. Will not purchase your brand ever again!

GB cartridge leaked and damaged unit below - GB won't honour warranty

stars-rating-full stars-rating-full stars-rating-full stars-rating-full stars-rating-full
GB faucet cartridge leaked and damaged unit below mine. Have been fighting with company over warranty. They claim that it's the faucet - but expert plumber verifies that it was the cartridge. Are fighting me on their responsibility to fix the damage that the GB cartridge caused. Warranty not worth paper written on. Have spent 2 months fighting them on getting the other unit repaired and they claim "it's the faucet that's damaged" then, "it's the cartridge that's damaged" then "it's the installation". Their product they should honour their warranty.

Poor quality parts

The fact that Glacier Bay uses cheap materials is frustrating to say the least and caused a chain of events that ended up costing me money on top of what was spent to originally buy their product. Customer service was extremely difficult to deal with and their wait times were ridiculous. The CSR offered me $50 which I refused. Finally talked to a supervisor and was compensated $150. I took it and ran as I dont plan on giving them any more of my time or business.
