Tried to get help at Home Depot - apparent exclusive retailer of Glacier Bay - they didn't know how or what to do - anything - and only referred me to Glacier Bay - after over an hour of frustration finally found Glacier Bay through Home Depot Head office - and they sent an e-mail to GB 23 Jan with a promise of an answer. A later e-mail said "waiting for a response from GB and will get back to you "Friday".

No response so called another number - again ended up with Home Depot and a very helpful lady named Yvette who tried her best to get some response 0- finally felt someone was interested - but she can't control GB. GB has a very frustrating website that offers little help. I was reminded when I spoke to someone there that it "had to be looked into" - and then would take 10 to 14 days for part to be shipped/arrive. The flush handle is broken - plain and simple - it just broke during normal use and the toilet is 18 months old.

Odd - the toilet is not working as a result of all this - with still no positive response and no idea when that might happen.

Extremely disappointed in Glacier Bay and their apparent lack of interest/concern.

Lucky we have a second toilet - but is on a different floor and my wife just had major surgery so difficult for her to get to it. No one seemed concerned about that.
