Poor quality parts

The fact that Glacier Bay uses cheap materials is frustrating to say the least and caused a chain of events that ended up costing me money on top of what was spent to originally buy their product. Customer service was extremely difficult to deal with and their wait times were ridiculous.

The CSR offered me $50 which I refused.

Finally talked to a supervisor and was compensated $150. I took it and ran as I dont plan on giving them any more of my time or business.

Disappointed with shower head purchase

Hello,
I emailed a few months ago and then called and have not heard anything from Customer Service. I purchased a shower head in March - which I had to replace again due to it not working - little pressure, was just not a good experience.
I have the receipt of my purchase - Home Depot could not do anything for me regarding a return, I am hoping your customer service will do something.

After convincing rep I needed further help he transferred me to a line where recorded message requests my info and will reply in up to 3 days.. Im a pro and need info at once.

Not a consumer/ home owner.. Ill NEVER recommend this product line!!

I bought my faucet about a year or two ago and I thought I needed a new faucet but when I went to Home Depot and they explained to me call up glacier Bay and they’ll send you a replacement piece they did. I was very happy. I’m waiting for my replacement piece right now, but I thank you for your customer service

I am still waiting to get a call from a trucking company that Glacier Bay said would call me within 72 hours. It has already been 9 DAYS and the large box (60 inch vanity and porcelain top) are waiting to be picked up from our garage! Last week on Oct 31 when it was delivered the double sink was broken and in 3 pieces!! The base was also cracked!
I called again this past Monday and was PROMISED that I would get a call NO LATER than Wednesday (yesterday) but I HAVE NOT RECIEVED A CALL.
CALL ME AT 701-771-**** PLEASE.
This is ridiculous to have to wait this long to schedule a damaged product pick up.
