The faucet was defective but Home Depot came through and they sent me a new faucet to replace the bad one. It took a couple of weeks but we are all good now.

My Faucet was less than 2 years old when it started leaking, I am hoping the new one lasts longer.

I'll update again if there is anything new. Thank you Home Depot!

I bought a new Glacier Bay Faucet (Pavilion P/D Kitchen Faucet w/soap SS) in March or April of 2017. It now leaks less than two years after install. The water is coming under the faucet where the hot and cold copper lines go in to the base of the faucet. There is no way (That I can find) to repair this. I have been trying to get help for over a month. When I call if the line is answered I am passed to support with no answer. I have left voice mails and no call back. I have gone to Home depot and was told it has been too long since the purchase and I have to contact you. Can you help?
