Glacier Bay Products in Louisville, Georgia - Bathroom faucets manufacturing defect
I recently purchased a GB bathroom faucet to replace the GB faucet that began leaking. My supply lines would not screw onto the new faucet because there was too much unthreaded length to allow the threads to start. I returned to Home Depot to exchange the faucet thinking I had gotten a defective one. Nope! Every one I tried had the SAME PROBLEM. This is a serious defect that needs correcting immediately. I would have bought another GB faucet had it worked correctly. I purchased a Moen and the supply lines screwed on with no problem.
