Glacier Bay Products - Really bad experience, i need that you contact me
on may 5, 2018 i bought two high efficiency dual flush elongated all in one toilet at home depot. the water bomb was not working properly in both toilets and today i have a water bill for $3,700. what are the explanation for this, with a toilet that it is practically new. the licensed plumber check that everything was installed properly and certified that was the water bomb quality. i have my receipts from home depot, and also the water bill as evidence. i hope for your response asap. also the water bomb is not available at home depot.

Very poor porcelain cracking and stains from being porous.Purchased 2 Glacier Bay toilets in 2014 and by 2016 less than 2 years one toilet you can no longer get it clean inside from bad porcelain. Called home Depot and was told to bad not covered. Now bottom inside under water is so cracked worried it may start leaking. 2nt toilet is ok. Obviously poor manufacturing. Really don't want to have to pay for another toilet and installation.Review

Glacier Bay Products - Poor qiality
Poor workmanship. Tank bolts had burs on them., water storage tank had been unevenly mafe at top so a.bunch of build up had been applied. Second quality maybe thrid! 60 mins to make round trip to local home depot. Will not purchase another item from a seco d.hand.store as apparently you are.

My husband and I bought this glacier bay toilet about 6 months ago and just now got around to buying my first soft seat toilet seat for it and after putting it on we noticed that the seat has to be held up while he uses it cause the holes for the seat are too close... Featured

Glacier Bay Products - No one returned my call as prommissed
My top flus 2 stage toilet ..no water comming out of holes around fron and sides of bowl...holes appear clean and unblocked but if waste is in the front of the toilet it does not flush..is there an adjustment on the 2 button flusher that will let more water in...water is at top of overflow but #1 & #2 buttons seem to use the same amount of water...How can I fix this..

Glacier Bay Products in Stevens Point, Wisconsin - Not good
Model# N2428E The toilet doesn't leave enough water in the bowl to flush solids properly and the water coming in isn't strong enough to clear out what's left in the bowl. The flusher rod inside the tank is rusted. Never did work well. There is no help available to fix the problem so we're getting a new toilet but not Glacier Bay.
