My husband and I bought this glacier bay toilet about 6 months ago and just now got around to buying my first soft seat toilet seat for it and after putting it on we noticed that the seat has to be held up while he uses it cause the holes for the seat are too close...

Glacier Bay Products in Meridian, Idaho - Loud noise when tank fills

When you flush after 5-6 seconds when the tank starts to fill with water it makes a strange noise that continues until the tank has refilled.

Completely agree. Does no flush water down back of bowl.

Expect to clean the bowl after every flush.

Useless purchase and expensive to replace with better quality. Cannot believe Home Depot carries these pieces of junk.

bought brand new...water level is very, very low. All other toilets have a full bowl of water. Hired a plumber and he couldn't get it to fill up to "normal" level. Is this the new design? Is this the way its suppose to be?? Also is the tank suppose to lean forward like this? It sits on the new proper wax ring by the way. Any advice or suggestions would be greatly appreciated. Main concern is the water level in bowl.

Just purchased and got it installed today 2 one piece dual flash toilets. They both keep refilling every 30 min., I am very frustrated. I don’t see and don’t hear water leaving tank, but apparently it does somehow, as water level keeps getting refilled. No happy. Purchased last year faucets from this company. They are leaking as well. It looks I have a bad luck with this brand.
