Glacier Bay Products in Morristown, New Jersey - Bath faucet 523-918

Just returned out of the box faucet after speaking with rep on phone who suggested parts. Told him it leaks from center of faucet underneath. Like what parts could he possibly send. Took back to HD and just installed replacement...leaks as did first one(hole in center of fixture). Loosing $ big time. What the *** Never had this experience with other faucets...HELP
