Reassuring!
Home Depot sells the product I had bought but not parts. The GB rep helped me locate the product # and its info on line.
Explained how to locate parts numbers, how my warranty worked, how to request another part (one I might need was not available).
I've got an email with the case number to use if I need future service. Definitely well handled by the rep.

Technical difficulties
I received clear instructions on getting the Niagara power flush working. Since air is used, a really good seal from the tank to the toilet is needed.

Possible prodect defect
I purchased a glacier Bay faucet and it was difficult to install, but it was installed, but it leaks. It drips from the faucet.
Not a lot but enough that its noticeable. This is brand new. It was just installed yesterday. It was model number.
883432, its a pull down faucet. Also, the pulldown does not retract.
It almost seems like the weight is not heavy enough for it to be pulled back up. I am hoping to talk to someone about this issue.

We contacted the supplier but they denied the replacement since we did not have the receipt ! The shower rod was under life time warranty !
Send them the pictures of the broken rod as requested still no customer service ! Very unhappy !

I'm having difficulties setting up my dispenser. Only the UV light is on and it's solid. Every so often, the cold water light will blink only, and the red light hasn't blinked at all.

Cheap faucet
Bought the faucet installed it and it sprays everywhere unless you have it on a trickle. Exchanged the screen and it doesnt help still sprays cant wear good clothes by it or youll get soaked

Gb500 humming, not turning
The first contact was a Home Depot person who could not help. I was transferred to Jennifer, who was very nice and helpful. She sent a video to my email, which solved our problem.
