Glacier Bay Products in Roscoe, Illinois - Need parts
I did finally get the correct parts I needed after several weeks, e-mails and phone calls. I was sent the wrong parts for my Glacier Bay hot tub faucet. If the customer service representative would have contacted me just one time, we could have resolved the issue right away. But I was never contacted or was never notified parts were sent. I had to contact Customer service 4 different times in a 2 week period. A follow up e-mail to each e-mail I sent would fix everything.

Purchased Glacier Bay Medicine Cabinet and parts were missing. Returned to Home Depot and there were none available for exchange and we were give this website and a phone number to call to get the missing parts. The missing hardware is AA-Left Shelf Clip, BB-Right Shelf Clip, CC- Shelf. Item Number - 1002 749 442 Model Number - 45411

Glacier Bay Products - Not happy with the Brass Teapot 4' Centerset
Looks nice was happy with the product until recently the internal washers ( upstairs bathroom its the Hot shutoff valve internal washer has worn and unable to turn off the stream flowing out. The downstairs bathroom its the same condition however it's the Cold shutoff valve and unable to shut off stream of cold water coming out. Tomorrow I will have to purchase from the local Homedepot ( where I bought this unit ) and get the valves and replace the ones with worn out washers. Note in the picture provided below the hot/cold shutoff valves are in the off position and yet the water is streaming out. arrrrrrrrrggggggghhhhh! :(

Glacier Bay Products - Why aren't the fastening bolts long enough
The fastening bolts for the 1.6 efficiency flush toilet are not long enough so we had to buy them separately. Why?????Doesn't the company communicate with the manufacturers? Terrible. Also the white caps don't screw on so they have to be glued. These fixes wouldn't cost you much and they would ensure a return customer. We won't be returning.
