Problem with lid and flushing buttons
Hilda provided excellent service and resolved issues by ordering a new lid for my toilet tank. The flush valve cannot go through the opening because it is not round.

Defective toilet
- - Bought a toilet from Home Depot; it leaks from a hole under the tank to the downstairs neighbor and needs replacement with install to avoid cost.
I purchased a toilet from Home Depot. Once it was installed, the toilet has a needle hole underneath the tank.
Water comes out and trickles down into the mountain hole, which then causes the water to go down to my neighbor's apartment underneath me.
The toilet bowl has a manufacturer's defect, and I need to have it replaced. I need someone to come and install it so I don't have to pay double for installation.

Still waiting!
- - Vanity is nice quality and what we wanted.
- - Drawer handle missing and two drilled holes visible on the front, replacement not shipped.
Purchased a nice vanity, it is nice quality and exactly what we wanted. After we installed everything we then removed the bag from the inside of the vanity.
We had tons of screws and the door handles but was missing the handle for the drawer. - before products are boxed a good company should inspect everything thing is good before being boxed for shipment to the stores. Nothing is more upsetting to a person than to put all the effort into remodeling a bathroom and it still looks unfinished. The drawer handle is missing and the 2 drilled holes in the front stare you in the face every time you walk in.
Im Still waiting on my handle to be shipped. So upsetting!

Resolved: There is no client help I tried calling all the numbers and could not find anyone to talk to for help with a product I have purchased. I ever tried there online help. NOTHING AVALABLE NO ONE!!!!!
- - Glue is used to hold a cardboard block in place for shipping on the shower enclosure.

Zero no one was avalable. If you have a problem, just take it back, and get another one. Or pick a different company to deal with that has a help center.
Bought a shower incloser and there is some sort of glue on it to hold a cardboard block in place for shiping. And I want to know what I can use to get it off!
Please get your help system working. This really sucks!

I did not have the receipt because the person who installed it, took it with them in the box. The people who put my countertop in so you guys would not replace it.
I still have the issue. I have tried two times to put a new control box in and one time put in a new battery pack And it still did not fix it and you guys would not send me the upper part of the faucet because I did not have a receipt. I am very upset with your company.
Because you guys would not replace the faucet I spent over $250 for it and you guys only gave me $90 wow that was unfair. I hope you change your practices later or decide to replace my faucet that would be the best outcome thank you.
